Für unser kleines Justiziariats-Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Teilzeit (20 Stunden/Woche) eine/n

**Referent/in Rechtsabteilung / Legal Specialist**
(m/w/x)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung und Prüfung von Verträgen unterschiedlichster Art, insbesondere von Dienstleistungsverträgen, Kooperationsvereinbarungen, Sponsoringverträgen, Fördervereinbarungen und Studienverträgen, sowie ggf. Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen
- Analyse und Bearbeitung juristischer Fragestellungen aus verschiedenen Bereichen des Privatrechts, z. B. Vertragsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, Urheberrecht
- Beratung der Hochschul-Abteilungen zur Vertragsgestaltung und zu sämtlichen Rechtsfragen in den oben genannten Vertragsangelegenheiten und Rechtsgebieten sowie im Hochschulrecht
- Unterstützung der Direktorin des Justiziariats bspw. bei der Betreuung von Organgremien und in Compliance-Fragen

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (wirtschafts-)rechtswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- fundierte juristische Kenntnisse insbesondere im Vertragsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, Urheberrecht und Hochschulrecht
- Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, vorzugsweise im Hochschulbereich und/oder in anderen gemeinnützigen Einrichtungen
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Geschäftssprache ist Englisch)
- Bereitschaft, sich in neue Rechtsmaterien schnell und umfassend einzuarbeiten
- selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise in Verbindung mit einer hohen Team
- und Serviceorientierung
- sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
