**What is the job about?**:
As Digital Growth Director, you will be responsible for expanding the digital strategy to take ARMEDANGELS' growth and internationalization to the next level - with all that goes along with it:

- By analyzing and evaluating all relevant digital touchpoints, you optimize the processes to increase the conversion rate.
- You identify growth potential in terms of digital performance improvement and monitor the competition to react to exciting trends.
- In doing so, you identify innovative online marketing channels and e-commerce tools.
- As part of ARMEDANGELS' management board, you will be our digital visionary and sparring partner, as well as leader of our digital unit managers (marketing, e-commerce, IT).
- You are responsible for the budget and decide together with the management on additional investments in the digital units.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- You have successfully completed a degree with a marketing and/or digital focus.
- You have already gained extensive experience in a leadership position in the digital unit of a fast-growing e-commerce company.
- Your in-depth expertise across all digital sales & online marketing channels excites us.
- You have strong networking skills that you use to expand new (digital) business opportunities.
- Your excellent communication skills and analytical understanding set you apart.
- You are a passionate leader and know how to get the best out of your unit.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken) - German is a plus, but not a must.
