Der **Senior Technician Production Operations** **(**w/m/d)** bei Beckman Coulter Diagnostics ist für unsere Produktionsstätte in Krefeld verantwortlich. **In dieser Position haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Folgendes zu tun**:
- Auffüllen von Reagenzien unter Einhaltung der Qualitäts
- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
- Koordination der eigenen Schichtgruppe
- Beschriften und Verpacken von Produkten gemäß den Standardvorgaben
- Beseitigung von Problemen und Störungen an der Abfülllinie
- Eskalation von Problemen und Störungen im Abfüllbereich an den Vorgesetzten
- Pflege der Chargendokumentation
- Aktive Teilnahme an Projekten zur Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen
- Teilnahme an Kaizen
- oder kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im eigenen Arbeitsbereich
**Diese Rolle wird in einem 2-Schicht-System mit gelegentlichen Nachtschichten arbeiten**:
- 06:00 - 14:00 Uhr Frühschicht
- 14:00 - 22:00 Uhr Spätschicht
- 22:00 - 06:00 Uhr Nachtschicht
**Zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen der Stelle gehören**:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung als Schlosser, Elektriker oder vergleichbar mit mehr als 4 Jahren Berufserfahrung.
- Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, vorzugsweise von Medizinprodukten
- Teamfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz, Fähigkeit, unter hohem Druck zu arbeiten;
Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Betriebssystemen (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) wäre von Vorteil.
