Zur Verstärkung unseres Accounting Operations-Teams in Berlin und Köln sind wir auf der Suche nach einem/r Accountant. **Deine Aufgaben**
- Du bist verantwortlich für einen Aufgabenbereich innerhalb der Debitorenbuchhaltung und für die Debitoren zuständig, erstellst Ausgangsrechnungen, führst Lastschriftläufe durch, bearbeitest die Bankkonten und unterstützt das Mahnwesen
- Du stimmst regelmäßig die Offene Posten Liste ab und nimmst monatlich Abgrenzungen vor
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Du beantwortest interne und externe Anfragen
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse

**Das solltest du mitbringen**
- Du besitzt eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Zusatzqualifikation zum (Finanz-)Buchhalter (m/w/d)
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, insbesondere in der Debitorenbuchhaltung, und hast idealerweise auch schon bei Monatsabschlüssen mitgewirkt
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Handels
- und Umsatzsteuerrecht und kannst diese sicher anwenden
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in DATEV oder mindestens einem anderem Buchhaltungssystem
- Du kennst dich mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen aus und bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Excel
- Du besitzt sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
