Frieze is the world’s leading platform for modern and contemporary art, dedicated to artists, galleries, collectors and art lovers alike. Frieze comprises three magazines - frieze, Frieze Masters Magazine and Frieze Week - and five international art fairs - Frieze London, Frieze Masters, Frieze New York, Frieze Los Angeles and Frieze Seoul. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Assisting with the digital archiving of _frieze_’s back catalogue
- Attending regular editorial meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting the editorial coordinator with fact-checking and proofing for print issues
- Proofing the On View section of the print magazine
- General office admin support for the Berlin team
- Assisting with events organization in Europe

Skills and Knowledge
- Some experience in arts, culture and news publications
- A strong, demonstrable commitment to the arts around the world
- Acute attention to detail, veracity and quality
- A desire to work regularly with colleagues seated in multiple time-zones
- Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft systems, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
