We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Working Student Editorial Content Project Management (all genders) to join our Creative department. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with project management, product sourcing, and translating briefs to align with strategic goals. **Your role**:

- Assist in scheduling and coordinating project timelines to support the Senior Project Manager in keeping content creation and asset production on track.
- Manage administrative tasks, including tracking budgets, handling invoices, and supporting expense management for editorial projects.
- Collaborate with the assortment team to source hero products for campaigns and ensure their integration into relevant editorial content.
- Partner with the Senior Project Manager to translate business briefs into creative briefs, aligning with strategic goals.

**Your profile**:

- Enrolled for a minimum of 1 year in a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in editorial content creation and management.
- Strong organizational abilities, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment and building positive relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal forms; proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills as a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing changing priorities with a calm and outcome-driven approach.
