**Position**:
**Position**:
- Offer administrative support to all of BSBI’s academic programs
- Service lecturers on campus
- Work collaboratively with (international) partners, executing regulations and schedules
- Monitor students’ performance and attendance at their program
- Support the faculty in the delivery of the program
- Organise the set-up and ensure a smooth and timely running of exams and assessments
- Organise timetables and schedules
- Prepare teaching sessions
- Manage teaching modules materials online and offline / information management
- Support colleagues in career services on campus
- Work effectively with a diverse range of service providers and colleagues
- Manage any other tasks given from time to time by the senior management of BSBI
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications/Education**
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree (or equivalent)
- High level of customer focus and excellent attention to detail, first-rate organisational skills
- High level of discretion, diplomacy, and cultural intelligence
- Experience in working, living or studying abroad or with international audiences
- Fluency in German and English
**Other qualifications are a plus**
- Proven track record in the areas of academic affairs, student services, enrolment management, continuing education, program development, and administration
- Demonstrated ability to develop new approaches, solutions and methods solutions
- Additional languages skills, such as French
