**Ihre Aufgaben**:
**sind eine abwechslungsreiche Mischung aus analytischen, technischen und kommunikativen Tätigkeiten**

Als Teil des Product-Owner Teams gestalten Sie unsere Schlaftherapie
- und Beatmungsgeräte mit, indem Sie
- Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern erfassen, priorisieren und ausgestalten
- die Produktvision in die Entwicklungsteams transportieren
- kreative und effiziente Lösungen zusammen mit Entwicklungsteams erarbeiten, die Umsetzung begleiten und die Ergebnisse validieren
- Performance
- und Erfolgs-Metriken definieren und überwachen
- stets die Wertmaximierung unserer Produkte im Fokus behalten
- eigenverantwortlich alle Projektaktivitäten koordinieren und verfolgen

**Sie bringen mit**:
**eine empathische Persönlichkeit mit gutem technischem Verständnis, außerdem**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise im MINT-Bereich, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation
- erste Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder in vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten
- Berufserfahrung in der Beatmung/Medizintechnik von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit sich schnell in einer komplexen Systemlandschaft zurecht zu finden
- strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- agiles Mindset
- gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ehrlichkeit, Engagement, Neugier und Mut innovative Wege zu gehen
