Für unseren Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir Sie in Vollzeit (40 Std. / Woche) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.
Ihre Aufgaben sind eine abwechslungsreiche Mischung aus analytischen, technischen und kommunikativen Tätigkeiten

Als Teil des Product-Owner Teams gestalten Sie unsere Schlaftherapie
- und Beatmungsgeräte mit, indem Sie

Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern erfassen, priorisieren und ausgestalten

die Produktvision in die Entwicklungsteams transportieren

kreative und effiziente Lösungen zusammen mit Entwicklungsteams erarbeiten, die Umsetzung begleiten und die Ergebnisse validieren

Performance
- und Erfolgs-Metriken definieren und überwachen

stets die Wertmaximierung unserer Produkte im Fokus behalten

eigenverantwortlich alle Projektaktivitäten koordinieren und verfolgen

Sie bringen mit eine empathische Persönlichkeit mit gutem technischem Verständnis, außerdem

Abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise im MINT-Bereich, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation

erste Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder in vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten

Berufserfahrung in der Beatmung/Medizintechnik von Vorteil

Fähigkeit sich schnell in einer komplexen Systemlandschaft zurecht zu finden

strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

agiles Mindset

gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
