Position Description:
The Green Ammonia Technology Manager will support all phases of the Green Ammonia product line including technology development, business development and customer support. Responsibilities will include:

- To use technology experience and engineering knowledge for the Green Ammonia product line which includes hydrogen generation from electrolysis, nitrogen generation from air separation, hydrogen and/or nitrogen storage, ammonia synthesis, ammonia storage and ammonia dissociation.
- Drafting technology papers, technology information packages for clients, responding to client questions regarding technology, project execution and deliverables
- Leading technology sessions, presenting papers, building customer and partner relationships, and developing new/existing sales leads
- Development and maintenance of relationships with key client decision makers and executives
- Technology support of sales leads by participating in meeting and liaison between technology and sales teams
- Support of global marketing events as a spokesperson for the business line
- Coordination of cross-functional teams
- To maintain awareness and evaluate the state of the global Green Hydrogen/Ammonia market, advising on business line strategy and technology development
- To provide support to the evaluation and execution of alliances and acquisitions of relevant technologies
- Under broad direction, to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- BSc or MSc in Process, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
- Minimum of 10+ years CURRENT experience in ammonia and/or hydrogen and/or syngas and related technologies
- Is capable of understanding technology differences and can argumentatively convince others about pros and cons of various technologies
- Understands challenges related to new technology implementation, including financial, environmental, legal, social and technical aspects
- Able to work in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments
- Must have the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and principles in both verbal and written communications to clients, peers and KBR management
- PhD in Process, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Physics
- MBA would be a plus
- Experience in renewable energy, in particular its generation and storage in a chemical form to cope with its intermittency nature
- Experience with business development is strongly desired
- Operational experience in an ammonia or similar (e.g. methanol, nitric acid, etc.) plant or EPC experience would be a plus

Special Requirements:

- Must be willing and available for 25-50% domestic and international travel
