**Jobübersicht**:
Die Technikerteams für Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit von TE Connectivity analysieren mithilfe von etablierten Zuverlässigkeitsfaktoren, inwieweit die Produkte und Produktionssysteme den Kunden
- und Vertragsanforderungen entsprechen. Sie konzipieren und empfehlen Überarbeitungen und richten Qualitätskontrollsysteme ein, entwickeln und dokumentieren analytische Methoden zur Ermittlung der Zuverlässigkeit von Produkten und ihren Komponenten und führen Analysen zur relativen Zuverlässigkeit in Bezug auf Kosten, Struktur, Gewicht, Wartungsfreundlichkeit, Fertigungsanlage und Verfügbarkeit von Material und Ausrüstung durch.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Überprüfung und Bewertung von Anforderungen an die technische Sauberkeit
- Sie führen Kundenverhandlungen zur technischen Sauberkeit
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Sauberkeitslabors zusammen
- Sie entwickeln eine End-to-End Sauberkeitsstrategie für die BU Automotive
- Sie unterstützen die Produktentwicklung in Fragen des Produktdesigns
- Sie unterstützen die Produktionsstandorte mit Fachwissen zur Auswahl von Prozessen und Umgebungen
- Sie sind TE-Vertreter in Gremien der Technischen Sauberkeit (z.B. ZVEI)
- Sie planen und leiten Schulungen zur Technischen Sauberkeit in der gesamten Geschäftseinheit
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Prozessbeschreibung für Ihren Prozess
- Sie sind der Auditor für Technische Sauberkeit für EMEA
- Sie sind Teil der Task Force / Eskalationsteams

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium mit wirtschaftlichem und/oder technischem Schwerpunkt erforderlich
- Drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung
- "Technischer Sauberkeitsinspektor" nice to have
- Erfahrung mit dem ZVEI Risk Assessment Tool
- Kenntnisse in IEC 60664 und ISO 14644
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der VDA 19-1 und 19-2 sowie der ISO 16232
