**Quality Conformance Management Team Lead **(m/w/d).**

**Mission**:
Du leitest das Fachteam Quality Conformance Management (QCM), entwickelst das Team und Dich kontinuierlich weiter und trägst entscheidend zur Zielerreichung des Quality Engineerings bei. Du agierst dabei als erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für andere Bereiche wie Quality sowie Production etc. und managst die Ressourcen im Team und bringst selbst Innovationen in den Bereich ein.

**Dein Arbeitsort Donauwörth**:
An unserem Standort Donauwörth, der an den Ufern der Donau nahe Augsburg
gelegen ist, entwickeln wir Helicopter von der Idee bis hin zum flugfähigen
Endprodukt. Werde Teil von Airbus Helicopters am Standort Donauwörth und
beobachte mit uns wie die fertigen Produkte vom werkseigenen Flugfeld abheben und landen.

**Team**:
Wir sind ein sympathisches, engagiertes Team mit flachen Hierarchiestrukturen und einem hohen Maß an Empowerment. Wir decken mit unserer Expertise im Quality Engineering den gesamten Industriebereich in Donauwörth ab von Einzelteilfertigungen bis zu großen Assemblies.

**Schnittstellen**:
Das QCM Team hat viele Schnittstellen zu anderen Abteilungen. Wir arbeiten in allen Bereichen der Industrie in Donauwörth, speziell in der Quality und stehen darüber hinaus im Austausch mit den Werken weltweit.

**Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören**:

- **Führung**:Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und des Teams (People Review, Einstellen neuer Mitarbeiter,) sowie Management der Ressourcen im Team.
- **Management**:Umsetzung der Abteilungsziele und kontinuierliche Verbesserung im Bereich Quality. Bei Bedarf auch Vertretung des Abteilungsleiters.
- **Projektmanagement**:Mitarbeit und Leitung von Projekten, schwerpunktmäßig im Bereich Qualität und Digitalisierung.
- **QBP - Quality Blue Print**:Umsetzung und Verbesserung der Blaupause für das Qualitätsmodell innerhalb des Bereiches und weitere Verbesserung der Surveillance
- **Reportings and Analysen**:Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der aktuellen Datenbereitstellung für Perfo-Reports, CnQ-Reports, o. ä.
- **Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen**:Wo können wir Qualität und/oder Effizienz steigern

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbar
- Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement oder Engineering
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke über mehrere Hierarchien und Teamfähigkeit
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und einfache Darstellung von komplexen Zusammenhängen
- Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von (Verbesserungs-)Projekten
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Lösungsorientierte Handlungsweise
- Offen und motiviert gegenüber Neuem
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit myCES, NormMaster, B-Flow, Windchill wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workplace, SAP & MS Office
- Deutsch: Fließend
- Englisch: Fließend
