**Who you are**:
- You are passionate about sustainability and circular economy and are keen to bring real solutions to the industry
- You are experienced in developing business models in the context of sustainability
- You are able to communicate effectively with teammates, clients, and production partners
- You are knowledgeable about circular design methods and strategic approaches for product circularity by considering reuse, repair, refurbish, remanufacture, and recycle
- You are an excellent communicator and open-minded for cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving
**What you’ll do**:
- Business Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with clients’ stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers and technical engineers, to understand their objectives, challenges, and market opportunities. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to align business strategy with product development goals.
- Business Model Development: Utilize your strong knowledge of business models and product development processes to design and refine new business models and value propositions. Identify revenue streams, cost structures, and customer segments for sustainable growth and profitability.
- Innovation Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the organization’s innovation strategy. Identify emerging market trends, technological advancements, and customer needs to drive innovation initiatives aligned with business objectives and sustainable growth.
- Performance Evaluation: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of innovation initiatives. Track and evaluate project success, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, entrepreneurship, or related fields
- Diverse educational backgrounds are welcomed. Ideally the masters degree is combined with a bachelor in a different field f.e. Computer Science, Psychology, Innovation Management, Humanities, Design
- 3-5 years of valid experience
- Understanding of a company’s organizational structures and general business processes.
- Ability to use Adobe suite is a plus and a passion for digital technologies is a huge plus.
- Experience with circular business models and strategies is a huge plus.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled in using MS Office 365 suite.
- Fluent German and excellent English speaking and writing
