**Sales Support Specialist (m/w/d) DACH**

mit Sitz in Unterschleißheim (Hybrid-Option).

Die Rolle **Sales Support Specialist (m/w/d) DACH **unterstützt das MPT - Infusion Therapies and Technologies Team in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz bei der Optimierung und Verbesserung der Vertriebsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem BU Head und den internen Stakeholdern (z. B. Sales Manager, KAM, Marketing) und stellt sicher, dass unsere Vertriebsteams mit allen benötigten Informationen ausgestattet sind, um die Effektivität der MPT - Infusion Therapies and Technologies Organisation in DACH zu sichern und zu verbessern. Zusätzlich unterstützt die Rolle im Backorder-Management unter direkter Einbeziehung in den Produkt-Planungsprozess und koordiniert in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Service und Kunden-Buchhaltung das Reklamations-Management.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Optimierung der Vertriebsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem BU Head und internen Stakeholdern
- Unterstützung im Backorder-Management und Reklamations-Management in Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Service und Kunden-Buchhaltung
- Bereitstellung von Produktmustern zu Demonstrationszwecken
- Grant-Erstellung für regionale/überregionale Kongresse, Veranstaltungen, Symposien und Marktforschung
- Projektbezogene Coupa-Auftragserfassung und Unterstützung in der Angebotserstellung
- Pflege des elektronischen Produkt-Katalogs sowie Update (interner) Preislisten
- Meldungen an IFA und Lauer-Taxe

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kfm. Ausbildung (bspw. Großhandelskaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau), oder Ausbildung MFA, PKA
- Mind. 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (z. B. MS Office, JDE, Coupa), insbesondere sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und cross-funktionales Arbeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektarbeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
