**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Als Syndikusrechtsanwalt / Legal Counsel (w/m/d) berätst und betreust Du die Gesellschaften der freenet in allen rechtlichen Angelegenheiten rund um Verbraucherschutz und AGB.
- Die Fachabteilungen unterstützt Du bei Vertragsverhandlungen in Beschaffungsprozessen und Du betreust die Mietverträge unserer Shop-Kette.
- Du steuerst und koordinierst in diesen Bereichen die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Kanzleien. Daneben nimmst Du die Interessen der freenet Group bei Behörden, in Verbänden sowie in Öffentlichkeit und Politik wahr.
- Du analysierst relevante Gesetzgebung und betreust die Implementierung dieser in bestehende und künftige Geschäftsprozesse.

**Dein Profil**:

- Als Syndikusrechtsanwalt /Legal Counsel (w/m/d) hast Du die juristische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Die Stelle eignet sich sowohl für Berufseinsteiger als auch für Juristen mit Berufserfahrung, die zielorientiert, selbständig und strukturiert arbeiten können und wollen.
- Unternehmerisches Denken, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, sind uns wichtig.
- Ein sicheres, souveränes Auftreten, sowie ein gutes Gespür für juristische Themen, Begeisterung für Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen sowie Teamfähigkeit runden Dein Profil ab.
