**CT is seeking a PMO (Project Management Officer) (f/m/d) Tornado in Manching**
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, develop, maintain project schedules to assure tasks, resources and due dates are met
- Prepare and update the project documentation regularly (i.e. Project Charter, PMP)
- Support the PM in risk management activities and project reporting
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate critical topics
- Evaluate and monitor mitigation actions
- Set-up / update of the Lessons Learned Register to create an improvement action plan
- Create the Lessons Learned report for project closure
- Provide support to Maturity Gate Process incl. preparation and follow-up activities
- Provide support to re-qualification process
- Assist in post-embodiment activities Updated project documents (project schedule, PMP, etc.)
- Participate in regular Service Life Extension status meetings with the Project Manager
- Monitor the progress of the A/C and MS until completion of embodiment
- In case of risks leading to project delays, support in mitigation measures, investigate potential impact and adapt the MRO embodiment schedule
- Re-evaluate available data to derive general setup for future fleet embodiments Updated MRO embodiment schedule and completed embodiment on retired fuselage

Requirements: M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the aerospace industry as Project Manager or PMO In-depth understanding of Risk Management Extensive working experience with the creation of improvement action plans Excellent knowledge of MS Office Target-oriented, committed workstyle with analytical problem-solving skills required Be able to work independently and under pressure Fluent English and German language skills are essential Please note that you need to possess a valid work permit for Germany
