**Tätigkeitsbeschreibung und Aufgaben**
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung des integrierten Projektzeitplans, einschließlich Ressourcen
- und Kostenplanung
- Erstellung und Analyse der Projekt-Baseline (z.B. PSP, Zeitplan und Kosten) und Abstimmung dieser mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Management des proaktiven Risiko
- und Chancenmanagements innerhalb des Projekts mit regelmäßigen Risikoreviews
- Überwachung und Analyse des Projektstatus und Identifizierung von korrigierenden Maßnahmen
- Definition und Bereitstellung von Projektberichten, die auf bestimmte Zielgruppen zugeschnitten sind
- Verwaltung und Durchführung von Projektreviews (z.B. Maturity Gate Reviews) und internen Audits
- Zusammenarbeit und Austausch von Best Practices innerhalb der PMO-Community des A400M und anderer Airbus-Gesellschaften

**IT**
- MS-Office mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse
- MS-Project mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Projektmanagement Tools sollten vorhanden sein

**Sprachkenntnisse**
- Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher

- Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

**Berufserfahrung**
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektplanung und -steuerung in komplexen Umgebungen und in internationalen Projekten
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Projektmanagement Prozessen
