**Fleet Specialist (d/w/m)**:

Für unser Fuhrparkmanagement suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Fleet Specialist. Die Position ist **befristet als Elternzeitvertretung in Vollzeit **zu besetzen.

**Deine Rolle**:

- Fuhrparkmanagement gemäß den festgelegten Gruppenregeln: Vertragsanpassungen und Autobestellungen/-verlängerungen, Bearbeitung von Rechnungen und Angebotsanfragen, Analyse der Kosten
- Schnittstelle zur Versicherung: Koordination mit der Versicherung, sofern diese im Leasingvertrag enthalten ist
- Schnittstelle zu den Fahrer*innen: Unterstützung bei Autobestellungen, Schadensfällen und Autorückgaben
- Datenmanagement in den vorhandenen Tools: Workday & Innosys
- Verwaltung der Tankkarten
- Rechnungsstellung und Genehmigung: Erstellen von aufgeteilten Rechnungen und Genehmigen von Rechnungen als erste*r Ansprechpartner*in

- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Selbstmanagement
- Kundenorientierung: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden sowie Übernahme der Verantwortung für die tägliche Kundeninteraktion und -lieferung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Effiziente und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Gutes Verständnis der End-to-End-Prozesse im Bereich der Fahrzeugverwaltung ist von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse
