Fleet Specialist (d/w/m)

Für unser Fuhrparkmanagement suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Fleet Specialist. Die Position ist befristet als Elternzeitvertretung in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

Deine Rolle

Fuhrparkmanagement gemäß den festgelegten Gruppenregeln: Vertragsanpassungen und Autobestellungen/-verlängerungen, Bearbeitung von Rechnungen und Angebotsanfragen, Analyse der Kosten

Schnittstelle zur Versicherung: Koordination mit der Versicherung, sofern diese im Leasingvertrag enthalten ist

Schnittstelle zu den Fahrer*innen: Unterstützung bei Autobestellungen, Schadensfällen und Autorückgaben

Datenmanagement in den vorhandenen Tools: Workday & Innosys

Verwaltung der Tankkarten

Rechnungsstellung und Genehmigung: Erstellen von aufgeteilten Rechnungen und Genehmigen von Rechnungen als erste*r Ansprechpartner*in

Effiziente und genaue Arbeitsweise

Gutes Verständnis der End-to-End-Prozesse im Bereich der Fahrzeugverwaltung ist von Vorteil

Fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
