**Stellenbeschreibung** Werde Teil der Wärmewende**

Für die **Vattenfall Wärme Berlin AG** suchen wir dich **zum **nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt** als **Business Information Security Officer **am Standort** Berlin** in** **unbefristeter** **Anstellung.**

Du bist verantwortlich für klare Prozesse und Anweisungen mit Bezug zu Security im Integrierten Management System der BU Heat Berlin. Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt dabei auf die Anforderungen an Betreiber Kritischer Infrastruktur. Dabei berätst Du fachlich mit deinen Informationssicherheitskenntnissen und koordinierst die Umsetzung der technischen und organisatorischen Anforderungen. Teile davon sind als ISMS zertifiziert. Du berätst das Management mit deiner Expertise und hilfst bei Bedarf Security-Maßnahmen vor Ort umzusetzen. Du beurteilst, ob Sicherheitsmaßnahmen adäquat zum Einsatz kommen, bewertest deren Wirksamkeit und entwickelst bei Bedarf Alternativen.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du planst und steuerst das Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystem.
- Du überwachst kontinuierlich die allgemeine Bedrohungssituation in Bezug auf die Informationssicherheit und berichtest darüber an die Geschäftsführung und andere Stakeholder.
- Du sensibilisierst die Mitarbeiter und verbesserst die Security Awareness.
- Du bietest unabhängige Beratung und Unterstützung zu sicherheitsrelevanten Ereignissen.
- Du führst Risikoanalysen durch und stellst Follow-Ups zur Kontrolle und Sicherstellung von Mitigierungsmaßnahmen sicher.
- Du unterstützt bei (Informationssicherheits-)Zertifizierungen und der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben (BSIG, BSI-KritisV, EnWG).
- Du arbeitest mit anderen Stellen der Sicherheitsorganisation der Vattenfall Wärme Berlin AG sowie der übergeordneten Business Area Heat und des Konzerns zusammen.
- Du nimmst an einer 24-Stunden-Telefonbereitschaft mehrere Tage im Monat teil.

**Qualifikationen** Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in den Fachrichtungen (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Security Management, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Zertifikate zum Kompetenznachweis sind von Vorteil, z.B.: CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Informationssicherheit und internationaler Standards (z.B: ISO 31000, ISO 27001 und 22301)
- Gute Kenntnisse hinsichtlich Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen, insbesondere der ISO 27000-Normenreihe
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit (IT-) Dienstleistern und bei der Durchführung von Projekten in der IT(-Sicherheit)
- Sehr gutes Abstraktionsvermögen und Fähigkeit zu logisch-analytischem Denken
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
