**Rollenbeschreibung**:
Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams im Bereich Umwelt an unseren Standorten Berlin, Darmstadt oder Hamburg suchen wir Sie als Teamleiter Communication and Public Engagement (w/m/d).

Die Stelle ist in unserem globalen Geschäftsbereich Resilience angesiedelt. **Rollenverantwortung**:
Als Teamleiter*in übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams in dem Bereich Kommunikation und öffentlicher Dialog mit Fokussierung auf Beteiligungsorganisation. Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

- Wirtschaftliche Planung und Sicherstellung der Ergebnisse inkl. Kapazitätsmanagement und -planung
- Strategische Entwicklung des Teams
- Erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund*innen aus der Privatwirtschaft, Industrie sowie der öffentlichen Hand - vom ersten Kund*innenkontakt bis zum Abschluss der Projekte
- Übernahme der Projektkoordination sowie wirtschaftliche Projektverfolgung innerhalb eines Projektes
- Qualitätssicherung der externen oder internen Leistungserbringung

**Qualifikationen & Erfahrung**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium Geistes-/Sozialwissenschaften, bspw. in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Medien oder im Bereich Umweltplanung / Ingenieurwesen mit beruflicher Spezifikation auf Beteiligungsverfahren und Stakeholderintegration oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation und Beteiligung
- Erfahrung und Routine in der ganzheitlichen Projektbearbeitung und Projektleitung
- Erfahrungen in der Budget
- und Kostenstellenkontrolle
- Zielorientierte sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeiter*innen, Kunden, Behörden und Fachverbänden
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
