**After Sales Associate (m/w/d)**
- Vollzeit **Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Optimale Betreuung der After Sales Kundschaft
- Administrative Verwaltung des Aufgabenbereichs von der Annahme bis zur Rückgabe der Produkte
- Intensive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Richemont Customer Service
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zwischen
- und Hauptinventuren im Bereich Reparaturen und Lederbänder
- Strukturierung und Organisation des Service Bereichs
- Technische Arbeiten wie Politur, Gravur und Uhrband-wechsel/-kürzung
- Proaktives Beschwerdemanagement

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder technische Ausbildung als Uhrmacher oder Goldschmied; Quereinsteiger aus der Hotellerie sind ebenfalls willkommen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der After Sales Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise im Schmuck und Uhrensegment
- Hohe Begeisterungsfähigkeit für unsere Marke und unsere Produkte
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Freude an der Arbeit mit dem PC sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP/ ERP
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Loyalität, Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Professionalität
