Based in Erdweg near Munich, U-Shin Deutschland Zugangssysteme GmbH acts as a competence center with global research and development responsibility in the areas of mechatronics and access mechanisms, whose product portfolio includes electronic steering column locks, door handles and automatic power closure systems.

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- Continuous identification and analysis of human resources development needs as well as planning and implementation of the corresponding measures and ensuring the implementation of legally required trainings
- Accompanying and advising in all personnel development matters from qualification measures to the establishment of structures and programmes
- Controlling of human resources development measures with regard to quality, sustainability and costs as well as reporting of key figures and support of audits
- Advising and supporting managers and staff in all personnel and labour law issues
- Supervision and further development or optimisation of the tools and processes used for human resources development
- Participation in various projects in the field of human resources, e.g. company health management etc.
- Supervision of final theses and trainees/apprentices

**Required skills and experience**:

- Completed studies with a focus on human resources or completed commercial training with additional training based on this (e.g. human resources specialist) or similar qualification
- First professional experience in the field of human resources
- Knowledge of labour, wage tax and social security law and good MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills, organisational ability, independent and structured way of working and a confident appearance
- Very good knowledge of German and English
