Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Wochen
- und Quartalsberichten sowie Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlüssen (HGB/IFRS)
- Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Reportingprozessen und Controllinginstrumenten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen/Analysen und Rentabilitätsberechnungen
- Unterstützende Funktion an der Schnittstelle zu EMEA und dem Shared Service Center
- Überwachung der unternehmensweiten Richtlinien
- Mitarbeit in abteilungsübergreifenden und globalen Projekten
- Ansprechpartner für controlling-relevante Themen
- Unterstützende Funktion bei Budgetplanungen und Umsatzprognosen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Finanzkennzahlen an das ManagementEtablierung sowie Kontrolle von Betriebsprozessen
- Prozess
- und Schwachstellenanalyse und -optimierung
- Erstellung von Ist-Soll-Vergleichen
- Vorantreiben von Mietflotten-Analysen und Verbesserungen

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 5 - 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling Bereich
- Kenntnisse von ERP-Systemen (SAP) sind zwingend erforderlich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse und komplexe Daten kurz und prägnant zusammenzufassen und zu präsentieren
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
