PIVOT ist spezialisiert auf „Evidence Based Advocacy“ - Strategieberatung für Unternehmen im Spannungsfeld von Politik und Gesellschaft, die auf Zahlen, Daten und Fakten gründet. Unser interdisziplinäres Team besteht aus drei Units: Economics & Evaluation, Tactics & Planning und Corporate Positioning. Wir führen unter evidenzbasiertem Regulierungs-Management ökonomische, naturwissenschaftliche, rechtliche und politische Aspekte zu einer integrierten Strategie zusammen. Die Frage nach Ursache und Wirkung zwischen Regulierungsrahmen und Marktwirtschaft steht im Mittelpunkt. Was bewirken politische Maßnahmen wie Quoten oder Verbote wirklich? Sind sie verhältnismäßig, oder gibt es mildere, aber effektivere Mittel? Und inwieweit basieren die damit verbundenen Thesen auf wissenschaftlich gesicherten Annahmen?

Aufgaben

Innerhalb von 12 Monaten erlernen Sie als wichtiges Teammitglied bei einem intensiven „Training on the Job“ alle Fähigkeiten, die in der politikbezogenen Strategieberatung notwendig sind:

- Ihre Recherchen bilden die Grundlage für die Beratung unserer Klienten - Sie lernen, Auswirkungen von Regulierung detailliert zu analysieren und darauf aufbauend politische Strategien und Narrative zu entwickeln, um unsere Kunden optimal in ihrem regulatorischen Umfeld zu positionieren
- Sie werden aktiv in unsere Beraterteams eingebunden - von der Analyse bis hin zur Strategie-Entwicklung
- Machen Sie erste Erfahrungen in der Kundenbetreuung und verantworten Sie Teil-Projekte, so dass Sie als zukünftiger Berater selbstbewusst und zielstrebig auf Kunden zugehen können

Qualifikation

Als Trainee im Bereich Politics sind Sie ein Young Professional, den die Leidenschaft für Strategien, Narrative und politisches Interesse auszeichnet. Zugleich verfügen Sie über die Mentalität eines Unternehmensberaters, denn Sie suchen neue Herausforderungen und wollen sich in einem abwechslungsreichen und agilen Projektumfeld beweisen.
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium aus dem Bereich der Politik-, Sozial
- und Geisteswissenschaft oder den Rechts
- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Erste Berufserfahrung bspw. durch Praktika in Beratung, Politik, Interessenvertretung oder Wirtschaft
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytische Fähigkeiten und ein Talent, strategisch aus der Perspektive unserer Kunden zu denken
- Sichere Anwendung aller gängigen Microsoft Office Programme
- Sichere und flüssige Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise auch in dynamischen Situationen
