The two year Daiichi-Sankyo Europe International Management & Market Access Trainee Program might then be right for you. It allows you to start your career in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong focus on two key areas: Product Management and Market Access.

More specifically, you will contribute to the successful execution of strategic projects within our rapidly growing Oncology Division. This program aims to provide you with an international, collaborative and stimulating work environment, so you can advance your understanding of the European pharmaceutical landscape, while developing your project management and problem-solving skills.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Mastering two key functional areas**

As part of our Daiichi-Sankyo Europe Management & Market Access Trainee Program, you will join the European Oncology team and do rotations in different Product and Market Access Teams. You will learn how to market innovative medicines appropriately, as well as the key aspects of successful pricing and reimbursement strategies. This will give you the ingredients to develop outstanding expertise in these important functions.

**International Learning Experience**
Upon successful completion of the recruitment process you will start in our European Headquarter in Munich and rotate across different teams and functions, including the opportunity to conduct international assignments. Throughout the program you will be learning from an experienced colleagues, have a dedicated mentor, and be exposed to senior leaders, to make your experience as valuable as possible.

**What do you bring?**:
**Personal skills and professional experience**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Biology or another related field of Life-Sciences
- Initial international or intercultural experience gained during studies and/or internships abroad
- Initial work experience through internships, especially in the pharmaceutical industry and/or with a focus on project management, is a plus
- Fluent in English - spoken and written. Additional European language is an advantage
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the European Union
- Strong execution and ability to strategically prioritizes work committed
- Highly reliable and a distinct aptitude to work accurately
- Organized, committed and ability to quickly learn
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to act for continuous improvement
- Result driven, autonomous and pro-active
- Team player with very excellent communication skills and a positive “can do” attitude
- Uphold a high standard of integrity and intercultural competency
