**About the Team**:
**The Position**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic postdoctoral researcher to join our team and to broaden our think-tank with their intellectual power and technical excellence. You will work collaboratively with a group of scientists, and you will be responsible for the development of mechanistic studies to further our understanding of autoimmune and neuroinflammatory diseases. You will:

- Develop and execute in vitro assays using primary human immune cells or cell lines
- Analyze samples from patients
- Independently design, execute and troubleshoot experiments, analyze and interpret data
- Prepare data reports to the group leader and give presentations at internal and external meetings
- Train and mentor student interns (Bachelor and Master students)

**Required Skills**:

- Ph.D. degree in Cell Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field
- Ability to design and execute multi-color flow cytometry (preferred: spectral) staining of PBMCs (intracellular and surface staining)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Demonstration of ownership and accountability
- Collaborative spirit, self-motivation and the ability to work in multiple sub-projects simultaneously
- Desire to learn, enthusiasm and passion for exploring new biology

**Additional Preferred Skills**:

- Expertise in proteomics and/or sc-RNA-seq
- Demonstrated cell biology expertise including imaging techniques (confocal microscopy) and cell line engineering using CRISPR is desirable
