Project Lead

As our Project Lead (M/F/x) Direct-To-Consumer Digital Services within the BCX Digital team, you are managing the excellent delivery of our digital projects and touchpoints for our Direct-To-Consumer direction. You are responsible for the efficient and competent allocation and coordination of internal and external resources, ensuring the agile delivery of our pan-European D2C projects. Your technical expertise and experience in the field enable you to manage the complete project lifecycle, from stakeholder interviews to resource planning and project execution. The delivery of your projects is rounded off by great communication skills and a strong sense of quality assurance.

PROJECT LEAD (M/F/X) DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER DIGITAL SERVICES

Your duties:
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, each of which require one or more areas of digital support, including:

- Providing project briefings to European Senior Director level and Japanese Management level
- Contributing to our agile SCRUM process, to deliver value incrementally in a collaborative way
- Collaboration with internal Yamaha staff and steering of external agency partners across Europe
- This role reports to the Head of Digital EU

Your profile:

- Strong experience in digital project management, marketing operations, business management or similar experiences and qualifications.
- Understanding of contemporary digital customer journeys and technical development frameworks, with an ability to deliver projects against best practices in the industry.
- Ability to use statistics and numeric analysis in the preparation of project reports
- Creation of competent resource estimates
- Creation and implementation of project risk management plans
- Identification and management of project stakeholders
- Ability to work within a multi-country and multi-continent organization, across multiple nationalities, cultures, and time-zones
- Full professional proficiency in English is a must
