**Overview**:
As an USAID Funding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our partners with USAID registration process. Your responsibilities will primarily involve assisting in the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of USAID related services to different organizations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering learning and professional development.

**What we are expecting from you**
- Register our NGO partners on USAID platforms.
- Prepare programs and proposals to help the organizations get better funding from USAID.
- Prepare our NGO partners on honing their skills on proposal writing and funding from USAID.
- Help our partners build and/or improve their partnerships with USAID.

**What you will bring to the table**
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, education, business administration, or related field.
- Experience on how USAID funding processes operate.
- Experience in delivering training and/or consultancy to NGOs on how to work with USAID
- Familiarity with USAID policies, procedures, and programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including USAID staff, partners, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
