**Project Management Office Specialist (d/f/m)**

What You Will Do
- You will provide specialized support to the Project Manger on project administration and reporting topics, through the whole project lifecycle.
- You will be responsible for project related reports and support the project manager with preparation of related data
- You will be responsible for managing project related documentation, ensuring its quality and availability during the project execution and afterwards.
- You will be responsible for reporting project financials.
- You will be responsible for reviewing the project management processes and related performance indicators.
- You will be responsible for setting and registering project management best practices.
- You will be responsible for stablishing new tools and templates (and review current ones) to support project managers along the project lifecycle.
- You will be using available systems to maintain project data, like Sitetracker, Salesforce, Power BI, etc.
- You will get in touch with multiple project stakeholders e.g., HR, Accounting, Sales, Engineering
- You will interact with several contact partners within BayWa r.e. group as well, as external partners

What You Bring
- You have a graduation on business administration or comparable
- You are fluent in speaking and writing both German and English
- You are experienced in complex process structures and coordinating different project tasks
- You have knowledge in document management
- You have knowledge in project financials is a plus
- You own a high degree of self-motivation, self-driven way of working, discretion and loyalty
- You show a fast comprehension in new and complex contents and flexibility
- You have a hands-on mentality, would like to take responsibility and have the ability to work in a team
- You show strong analytical and communication skills
