  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Support the organization of conference visits and business trips, including travel expense management.
  • Order and manage supplies and consumables, ensuring a well-stocked office environment.
  • Act as the primary contact for external service providers, including property management and cleaning services.
  • Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist with smaller project tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

    Requirements:

    • Completed commercial apprenticeship or training in the hotel and tourism industry.
    • Experience in reception and office management is an advantage.
    • Representative, confident, and friendly appearance.
    • Strong team and communication skills.
    • Good written and oral communication skills in German and basic knowledge of English.
    • High degree of initiative, reliability, sense of responsibility, independence, and organizational skills.
    • Good PC skills, especially in MS Office.
    • Driving license class B is an advantage.
    • Possibility to work full-time or part-time, lateral entry also possible.
