Head of People & Culture (m/w/d)

BDA ist eine knapp 50-köpfige Kreativagentur mit Fokus auf der Branche, über die momentan alle reden und die eine extrem spannende Entwicklung durchlebt: der Entertainment-Industrie. Wir entwickeln und produzieren medienübergreifende Kampagnen für Shows, Filme, Serien und Live-Sport. Und wir designen und branden einzelne Sendungs-Formate bis hin zu ganzen Sendern und Streaming-Marken. Für Kunden wie Amazon Prime Video, RTL Deutschland, The Walt Disney Company, ProSiebenSat.1, Discovery Networks, Sky Deutschland und nahezu alle Öffentlich-Rechtlichen. **Ab sofort suchen wir Dich**

**Deine Erfahrung und Talente**
- Du bringst mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR mit, hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt Personal, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast Know-How in der Benutzung moderner HR-Tools und profunde Kenntnisse im Arbeits
- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
- Du bist eine vertrauensvolle Persönlichkeit mit guter Menschenkenntnis sowie Einfühlungsvermögen.
- Du hast ein offenes und sympathisches Auftreten, pflegst einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit dem ganzen Team und behältst die Mitarbeiter: innen-Zufriedenheit immer im Blick.
- Für unser internationales Team sind gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse ein Muss.

**Deine Aufgaben bei BDA**
- Als erste Ansprechperson bei allen personalbezogenen Fragestellungen liebst du es, im direkten Austausch mit dem ganzen Team und der Geschäftsleitung zu stehen.
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Employee Life Circle vom Onboarding über die Entwicklung bis zum Offboarding.
- Du entwickelst Strategien zur Personalentwicklung und zu Fragen rund um das interne und externe Employer Branding.
- Du steuerst eigenständig den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess, identifizierst Talente und entwickelst kreative Suchstrategien.
