**About Us**:
Incari is an international technology and software company specialising in the human-machine interface (HMI). We provide the tools and technologies to make modern HMI systems a reality in the automotive industry as well as all other industries. To do this, we have built a software platform that enables designers and engineers to develop their own HMIs - quickly, easily, and cost-effectively. 3D-first and augmented reality are central elements of the Incari approach.

We are therefore looking for a** passionate, dynamic, results oriented UI/UX **designer to join our product team to enhance our existing design/s of Incari Studio. As a senior, you will need to work autonomously as well as part of a larger team. Ultimately, we are looking for **a willingness to try new things and get "your hands dirty", a desire for self-improvement, strong collaboration skills and a strong work ethic**

**What you will need to do**:

- Create ongoing UI designs of Incari Studio - the HMI authoring tool for desktop and embedded systems
- Support the core development team with wireframes, prototypes & high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intents
- Use your expertise in modern UI design tools to propose new concepts to improve the overall user experience of Incari Studio Building a Design System for current and upcoming products
- You will work with the product team and will have a strong impact on the product experience throughout the entire development process

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in design practices such as UI Design, IX Design, UX Design & usability
- 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design proven with a relevant and up-to-date portfolio
- Experience in designing excellent user experiences across multiple channels and digital platforms (e.g. mobile, web, embedded, desktop)
- Experience in contributing towards a Design System
- Strong wireframing & prototyping skills
- Fluent in any modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and possible experience in 3D tools
- Experience partnering with engineers to release features, products, and/or services
- Basic understanding of common technologies
- Solid presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent English language skills
- Experience working within an Agile team and successfully delivering Agile based software projects
