- WAS SIE MACHEN WERDEN- Ihre Aufgabe ist die Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Finanzberichterstattung unter Einhaltung der Konzernstandards im Verantwortungsbereich
- Sie agieren als Business Partner der Werksleiter in Deutschland und führen ein kleines Team
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der zeitnahen und kontinuierlichen Bereitstellung relevanter Controlling-Analysen, -Bewertungen und -Daten wie Budget, Prognosen, Zielvorgaben, Performancemanagement usw. für den Verantwortungsbereich und Gewährleistung der Datenkonsistenz
- Des Weiteren sind Sie für die Erstellung von Business Cases und Rentabilitätsanalysen zur Unterstützung des Entscheidungsfindungsprozesses innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs unter Einhaltung der Vaillant Group Investitionsrichtlinien verantwortlich
- Sie treiben weitere Standardisierung und Harmonisierung der Finanz
- und KPI-Berichterstattung im gesamten Zuständigkeitsbereich (Best Practice) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Finance Manufacturing und Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Standard-KPI-Definitionen voran
- WAS SIE MITBRINGEN- Durch Ihr erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling, idealerweise kombiniert mit einem technischen Studium haben Sie das benötigte Handwerkszeug
- Sie können auf mehr als 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Werkscontrolling und mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern zurückgreifen
- Ihre Erfahrungen in SAP, sehr guten MS Office Kenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit Tools, wie Power-Pivot/-Query und Analysis for Office, helfen Ihnen in Ihrem Tagesgeschäft
- Durch Ihr sehr gutes Deutsch & Englisch und Ihre offene und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit kommunizieren Sie sicher auf allen Ebenen
- Teamgeist, Organisationstalent und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
