**Deine Aufgaben: Du machst mit uns den Unterschied.**:

- In deiner Rolle als **Specialist Warehouse Operations (m/w/d) **schaffst du Transparenz über Leistung und Qualität der Lagerdienstleister, wodurch eine **zielgerichtete Steuerung **und **Prozessoptimierungen **ermöglicht wird.
- Darüber hinaus betreust du die **Abwicklung und Steuerung der Warenzusammenstellung und Verladung **für externe Abnehmer*innen zusammen mit dem Lagerdienstleister und bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in.
- Zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich gehört das **Führen von Leistungs
- und Qualitätsstatistiken **sowie das Erstellen von **KPI-Reportings **.
- Des Weiteren veranlasst du alle **systemischen Warenumlagerungen **und **Bestandsqualifikationsänderungen **, die nicht automatisch erfolgen können.
- Du koordinierst **abteilungsübergreifenden Fragestellungen **am Standort Bremen und wirkst **administrativen bei strategischen Veränderungen **mit.
- Dein Aufgabengebiet wird abgerundet durch die **Durchführung von allgemeiner Korrespondenz **und der Büroorganisation sowie der Bearbeitung von eingehenden Rechnungen.

- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich **abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung **.
- Von Vorteil sind deine Erfahrungen in einem **größeren Handels
- oder Logistikunternehmen **.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine **schnelle Auffassungsgabe **und **gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise **aus.
- Der Umgang mit den **gängigen Windows-Anwendungen **fällt dir leicht
- Deine sicheren **Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift **runden dein Profil ab.
