Head of Quality (m/w/d)

In dieser Funktion berichten Sie direkt an den CEO der Unternehmensgruppe und sind Mitglied
des obersten Führungskreises.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Sie sind mit Ihrem Team ganzheitlich verantwortlich für die Leitung und

Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements und Qualitätsmanagementsystems der

gesamten Unternehmensgruppe.
- Dazu gehört die fachliche Verantwortung für alle Standorte und Werke einschließlich der

Supplier Qualität.
- Sie sind Impulsgeber, Sparringpartner und Berater für Geschäftsführung und

Führungskräfte in allen qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen zur Sicherstellung der

Produktqualität.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für interne wie externe Audits, die Sicherstellung und

Verbesserung der Qualitätsstandards, die Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse und

der Implementierung von Prozessoptimierungen.

Ihr Profil:

- Sie können ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen,

Qualitätsmanagement oder einem thematisch ähnlichen Studiengang vorweisen.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung sowie ein tiefgreifendes

Verständnis im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, gerne mit Erfahrung im Automotive

Umfeld.
- Sie haben ausgeprägte Kenntnisse von Qualitätsmanagement-Systemen und -Normen.
- Ihre Führungskompetenz haben Sie bereits in der Linienfunktion und/oder in Projekten

mindestens 5 Jahre unter Beweis stellen können.
- Sie sind führungsstark und besitzen starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um auf allen

Ebenen des Unternehmens zu agieren.
- Sie sind vertraut mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und verfügen über gute

Englisch-Kenntnisse.
