Beschreibung Das machst Du möglich
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung und fachliche sowie disziplinarische Führung von Innendienst und Ordermanagement national und international
- Du erschaffst und prägst eine kundenzentrierte Innendienststruktur, welche den nach Land, Region und Branchenfokus ausgerichteten Außendienst bestmöglich unterstützt
- Du treibst den Wandel hin zum proaktiven und verkaufenden Innendienst voran
- Du optimierst die Innendienstprozesse zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Du treibst dabei eine flächendeckende und abteilungsübergreifende Nutzung des CRM-Tools voran, definierst Vorgaben für die Systempflege, sorgst für entsprechende Schulungen und leitest aus den erfassten Daten im System vertriebssteuernde Maßnahmen ab
- Du stellst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team eine gute Erreichbarkeit des Vertriebsinnendienstes für unsere Kunden her
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Vertriebsorganisationen, dem Application Specialist Team und dem Produktmanagement zusammen
- Du bist Botschafter einer stark ausgeprägten Servicekultur, die intern wie extern spürbar ist
- Du bist gerne Führungskraft, verstehst Dich als Coach & Change Begleiter, führst regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche und leitest bei Bedarf Schulungsmaßnahmen zur ständigen Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams ein

Das bringst Du mit
- Du bist eine empathische und authentische Persönlichkeit, verfügst über Führungserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und hast idealerweise schon einmal beim Aufbau einer kaufmännischen Serviceorganisation mitgewirkt oder sie maßgeblich gestaltet
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Du verstehst Dich als Vorbild und Repräsentant für eine menschen
- und kundenzentrierte Organisation und hast Freude daran, dieses Mindset an Dein Team sowie interne und externe Schnittstellen weiterzutragen
- Du hast eine hohe technische Affinität, interessierst Dich für die Produktwelten bei BACHMANN und trägst diese mit Begeisterung weiter
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine hohe Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit aus und besitzt eine ausgeprägte kundenorientierte Denkweise
- Ein hohes Verantwortungsgefühl, Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für Neues sind Eigenschaften, mit denen Du Dich identifizierst
- Du verfügst über sichere MS Office Kenntnisse und hast idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
