**About the rol**

For our team in the German market we are looking for a Director Finance. In this role, you will be part of our leadership team in Germany and responsible for structuring, monitoring and improving the financial performance of the market.

**What you will be doing**
- Lead the finance department (5 FTE) to ensure accurate and timely accounting, payments, billing, FP&A, liquidity planning, financial systems, and reporting
- Implement and operate all finance processes from invoicing, billing, payments, commercial analysing, and financial reporting
- Implement MS Dynamics as ERP together with our Group Finance colleagues and adapt it to the German market
- Work closely with the GM Germany and other business functions and lead the creation of business plans, expansion and pricing strategies
- Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and forecast
- Lead the accounting and financial reporting functions for the German entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results
- Manage the monthly closing, liaising with external auditors and ensuring compliance with local and group wide accounting standards

**What you should bring**
- 8+ years of experience in Finance functions in a fast-paced environment, including business partner and leadership functions.
- Hold a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience with Finance related qualifications.
- Strong business understanding and communication skills to build excellent collaboration with other departments in the market.
- Experience with implementation and customization of ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and experience leading teams.
- Ideally you have already worked in a B2C company in a start-up / scale-up environment and potentially even an international matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and German language (additional languages welcome)
