Um unser Team zu bereichern, suchen wir eine/n **Assistant Director of Finance **(m/w/d) in **Vollzeit**

**So sieht Ihr Tag aus**:
In dieser Position vertreten Sie den Cluster Director of Finance und stehen Ihrem Team und den Kollegen aus den Abteilungen als kompetenter Ansprechpartner zur Seite.
- Sie sind sowohl für die Kontrolle des buchhalterischen Tagesgeschäfts, als auch für die Erstellung von Statistiken, des Budgets, der Forecasts und der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse des The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin verantwortlich.
- Darüber hinaus analysieren Sie die Betriebsergebnisse und erstellen Vorschläge zur Profitabilitätssteigerung.
- In Abwesenheit des Vorgesetzten sind Sie der Ansprechpartner für die Stakeholder und die Muttergesellschaft in allen buchhalterischen und administrativen Belangen.

**Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise in der Hotellerie) mit einer buchhalterischen Weiterbildung (z.B. Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen, Bilanzbuchhalter, etc.) oder einem verwandten Studienabschluss (BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, o.ä.)
- Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strategisches, analytisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Systemen Peoplesoft und Opera sind von Vorteil
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
