**Die Rolle**:
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Video Production, der unser Team bei Doctorflix unterstützt. Wir möchten unser Produkt stetig verbessern und suchen Dich, als Experten in der visuellen Darstellung unserer Fortbildungsinhalte. Du bist verantwortlich für die visuelle Konzeption der nächsten Generation medizinischer Fortbildungen. Des Weiteren wirst du die Planung, Durchführung, Post-Produktion und Veröffentlichung unserer Vorträge verantworten. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team an spannenden Kampagnen und Werbevideos zusammen. Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass die technische Ausrüstung und Umsetzung der Vorträge stets auf dem neuesten Stand sind und mit unserer Mission übereinstimmen, medizinisches Wissen durch digitale Lösungen besser zugänglich und nutzbar zu machen. Gleichzeitig hast du die Möglichkeit, als Teil unseres Teams mittelfristig ein eigenes Team aufzubauen und zu leiten.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Du bist als Head of Video Production für die gesamte visuelle Konzeption der Fortbildungen der nächsten Generation verantwortlich.
- Du entwickelst ein facettenreiches Portfolio an Fortbildungsvarianten und treibst die Innovation unseres Video Contents voran.
- Du übernimmst vom ersten Tag an Verantwortung und arbeitest eng mit dem Operationsteam zusammen, um erstklassige medizinische Schulungen zu produzieren.
- Du (später Dein Team) nimmst Lehrveranstaltungen auf und bist für Bild, Ton, Farbkorrektur und Beleuchtung verantwortlich.
- Du bist für die gesamte Postproduktion der Videos zuständig.
- Du arbeitest in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam an der Gestaltung und Produktion von Werbekampagnen.
**Dein Profil**:
- Du hast bereits wertvolle Erfahrung im führen von Teams gesammelt.
- Du bist Experte im Umgang mit Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve oder einer anderen gängigen Videoschnittsoftware.
- Du bist sehr gut darin, deine Prioritäten dynamisch anzupassen, um mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu koordinieren.
- Du bist bereit, über den Tellerrand zu schauen und begeisterst dich für die neuesten Tools und Technologien.
- Du hast eine Hands-on Mentalität und packst Probleme direkt an.
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und einen kreativen Ansatz, um Hindernisse zu überwinden.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
