We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our dynamic Product Enablement team. As a Senior Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating clear and concise technical documentation and product-related content across different channels that enables our customers and internal teams to understand and use our products effectively. Your work will contribute directly to the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Develop and maintain documentation for all new and improved features in your respective domain, including technical product and developer documentation, knowledge base articles, in-product guides and release notes
- Identify and address technical content gaps across your product domain and identify where additional media or formats might be needed
- Effectively communicate technically complex features through clear and concise text, visuals, and occasionally video formats.
- Collaborate with your team and across teams, continuously identifying new ways to keep our customers and internal stakeholders informed on the easiest ways to use our products
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and clarity of all technical documentation, adhering to team and company style guidelines and terminology
- Drive and lead initiatives across teams to achieve company goals with documentation collaterals

**What you need to be successful**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in structured writing and team-editing with a strong affinity for tech-related topics
- A shareable portfolio with previous writing samples
- Excellent written English (C2 level) and preferably German skills (C1 level)
- Experience working in SaaS B2B companies where strong documentation is key to product success, is a plus
- Excellent information architecture and information design skills, for example, the ability to break down complex concepts into easily consumable information packages
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic team environment
- Experience in understanding and using HTML, CSS, Javacript, Git is a plus
