**Über die Position**:
Als Senior Delivery Director (m/w/d) bei EPAM Deutschland hast Du die außergewöhnliche Möglichkeit, die Produkte unserer Kunden, die weltweit Millionen von Nutzern beeinflussen, zu gestalten und weiterzuentwickeln. In dieser Position übernimmst Du das Ruder bei der Sicherstellung einer außergewöhnlichen Projektabwicklung und der Förderung einer exzellenten Kundenzufriedenheit in unserem gesamten Programmportfolio. In dieser Position hast Du die Möglichkeit, mit unseren erstklassigen, preisgekrönten Design-, Entwicklungs
- und Technologie-Teams zusammenzuarbeiten, während Du Dich über 500 EPAM-Mitarbeitern in Deutschland anschließt.

Wenn Du in der Lage bist, vor Ort in den pulsierenden Städten Frankfurt, Berlin, Leipzig, München oder Stuttgart oder auch remote zu arbeiten, über einen soliden technischen Hintergrund verfügst und bereits Erfahrung in einem der Bereiche Automotive, Finanzdienstleistungen, Öffentlicher Sektor, Gesundheitswesen & Life Sciences oder Einzelhandel gesammelt hast, freuen wir uns darauf, von Dir zu hören

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Schlage innovative Lösungen für Geschäftsprobleme/-prozesse vor, die Technologie nutzen, um Marketingdifferentiation, Effizienzverbesserungen und bessere Benutzererfahrungen zu bieten
- Erstelle, präsentiere und befürworte Lösungsarchitekturen und -ansätze mit tiefgehenden technischen Details, führe Lösungsarchitekturüberprüfungen/-audits durch, berechne und präsentiereden ROI
- Nimm am gesamten Zyklus der Vorverkaufsaktivitäten teil, treibe die Vorbereitung von Kundenangeboten (einschließlich Festpreisen) voran, definiere die Implementierung und Gestaltung der Lösung, präsentiere die vorgeschlagene Lösungsarchitektur dem Kunden und die Leistungsbeschreibungen aus lieferungsbezogener Perspektive
- Nutze Deine praktische Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung und Liefermanagement, um den gesamten Projektstart und -lebenszyklus abzudecken: Leitung des Managements, Qualifizierung für die Angebots-/Finanzierungsbewertung, treibe die Lösungsfindung und Besetzung voran, Kundenmanagement, Governance, Lieferung und Ausführung
- Führe mehrere Lieferströme und Kunden, verwalte Engagementrisiken und kennzeichne wesentliche Probleme frühzeitig
- Arbeite eng mit multidisziplinären Teams von Produktbesitzern, Architekten, Ingenieuren und Qualitätssicherung zusammen, um Schätzungen, Lieferpläne und Retrospektiven voranzutreiben
- Verwalte und entwickle ein Team von Technologie-Liefermanagern. Biete Coachings an, sowie Mentoring und Entwicklungssupport, um die Lieferfähigkeit in der Abteilung zu steigern

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN
- Hands-on-Erfahrung Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung, Lösungsarchitektur und End-to-End-Liefermanagement
- Liefermanager auf Direktorebene mit mindestens 2 Jahren Erfahrung als Direktor in einem großen SI/Beratungsunternehmen und mindestens 10 Jahren in der IT als Projekt-/Programmmanager, Lösungsarchitekt oder technischer Liefermanager
- Muss nachweisbare Erfahrung darin haben, ein Programm mit großen Teams zu leiten
- Muss Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung digitaler Plattformen und der Implementierung von Agile im großen Maßstab haben (Erfahrung mit Digitalfabriken ist von großem Vorteil)
- Muss die Fähigkeit haben, wettbewerbsfähige technische Entscheidungen vorzuschlagen und zu überwachen und eine gewinnbringende Mischung von Lieferpraktiken auf dem Projekt sicherzustellen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
