**TRAINING**:
Du bist unsere helfende Hand bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Trainings für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen und unterstützt darüber hinaus bei unserem National Onboarding für neue Mitarbeitende. Dabei sind natürlich auch deine eigenen Ideen und deine fachliche Unterstützung gefragt. Bei systemtechnischen Fragestellungen bist du unser Ass im Ärmel und leistest inhaltlich sowie organisatorisch deinen Support.

**PEOPLE & BUSINESS SUPPORT**:
Als fester Bestandteil unseres Teams entschlüsselst du den Code der Zeugnissprache und lernst das 1x1 der Vertragserstellung. In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren HR Business Partnern lernst du die vielseitige Welt der Personalarbeit kennen und bekommst von uns das nötige Handwerkszeug gestellt.

**RECRUITING**:
Du beweist dich im War of Talents und unterstützt uns aktiv auf der Suche nach neuen Talenten. Egal ob Bewerbermanagement, Bewerbervorauswahl oder der Ausbau unseres Talent Pools - du stehst tatkräftig zur Seite und scheust auch den direkten Kontakt zu unseren Bewerbern nicht

**ADMINISTRATION**:
Natürlich musst du keinen Kaffee kochen, da wir ja mit ausreichend Energie versorgt sind - jedoch wollen wir auch deine organisatorischen Talente fördern. In stressigen Situationen behältst du den Überblick und packst mit an, wenn es darum geht, das Team bei anfallenden administrativen Tätigkeiten zu unterstützen.

**PROJEKTE**:
Ob Workshops, Jobmessen oder neue Prozesse: Als fester Bestandteil unseres HR-Teams bist du bei Projekten, die dich interessieren aktiv dabei und bringst dich bei der Planung und Durchführung tatkräftig mit ein.

**Hier zählen Erfahrung und bisher erbrachte Leistungen**:

- Laufendes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Human Resources, Psychologie oder Soziologie
- Dein aktuelles Studium dauert noch mindestens 1 Jahr, sodass du ein fester Bestandteil unseres Teams werden möchtest
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources sind vorteilhaft, aber kein Muss
- Du hast einen Blick fürs Detail und kannst mit vertrauensvollen Themen/ sensiblen Daten souverän und zuverlässig umgehen
- In deiner Kommunikation bist du charmant, wortgewandt und hast den Finger am Puls der Zeit
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für die Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen und treibst mit Teamgeist gerne Neues proaktiv voran
