**Key**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational tasks in day-to-day business, e.g. support and advice for student employees, contract preparation and onboarding
- Collaboration on projects, working on special topics (e.g. Global Welcome Days, international offsite-meetings)
- Assist in talent management topics
- Support in recruiting (placement of job advertisements, screening of applicants, communication with applicants)
- Assist with employee enquiries by telephone and in writing in German and English
- Coordination of appointments
- Other administrative support in the area of HR

**Key Requirements/Skills/Experience**:

- First practical experience through previous internships / working student activities in HR
- Independent working method and quick comprehension skills
- High degree of reliability, conscientiousness and commitment
- Service orientation and sociability
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High degree of responsibility and strong organisational skills
- Very good MS-Office Knowledge
- Business fluent in German (C2) and fluent in English (written and spoken, C1)
