**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie unterstützen den Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Planungs
- und Reporting-Standardlösungen, die in lokalen und internationalen operativen Einheiten eingesetzt werden
- Sie kümmern sich um die Durchführung von regelmäßigen Run-Book-Aufgaben, sowie um die Pflege der Stammdaten für das Finanz
- und Zusatzreporting
- Sie helfen bei allgemeinem Endanwender-Support (Analyse und Lösung von Incidents oder Weiterleitung an die richtigen Empfänger und Koordination der Lösung) und stellen die Einhaltung von Prozessen und Richtlinien sicher, um die Integrität und Konsistenz der Daten zu gewährleisten Einhaltung von definierten Zeitplänen und Fristen
- Sie kümmern sich um die Prüfung der Plausibilität von Inhalten, Prozessschritten und Zuständigkeiten (Berechtigung des Antragstellers) bei Anfragen
- Sie sind für das Prüfen von Anfragen oder Änderungswünschen auf Vollständigkeit der Informationen und Plausibilität zuständig
- Sie richten sich nach den Anforderungen von Aufwandsschätzungen bei der IT-Abteilung für Änderungen und/oder Neuimplementierungen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die teaminterne Dokumentation von System-/Prozessänderungen
- Sie helfen bei der Aktualisierung der internen Dokumentation, z. B. OneNote, sowie der im internen Intranet der Finanzabteilung (Finnet) bereitgestellten Dokumentation
- Sie testen im Zusammenhang mit der Implementierung von Änderungsanträgen oder System-Upgrades neue Funktionen und dokumentieren die Ergebnisse (User Acceptance Test)
- Sie führen Schulungen durch und stellen Handbücher für die Benutzer bereit

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie bringen ein Bachelorstudium oder ein duales Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Informatik erfolgreich abgeschlossen mit
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen und Controlling, Shared Service Organisation oder Informationstechnologie und haben bereits Erfahrung in der Stammdatenpflege in einer Data Steward Rolle gesammelt, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie bringen technische Kenntnisse und technische Affinität zu Reportingsystemen und Tools, vorzugsweise SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) und Analysis for Office (AfO) mit
- Sie arbeiten prozessorientiert, teamorientiert und strukturiert, zur Förderung einer effektiven Zusammenarbeit über Geschäftsbereiche und Funktionen hinweg
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in englischer Sprache, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich (zwingend erforderlich)
