**Aufgaben**:

- Erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für alle IT-Themen im Rahmen des 1st Level
- Annahme von Störungsmeldungen, Fehlererkennung und Behebung, gegebenenfalls Weiterleitung der Störungen
- Mitarbeitersupport, sowie Beratung zu IT-Lösungen / -Anwendungen
- Mitarbeit bei spannenden Projekten mit modernster Technologie
- Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten z.B. in die Bereiche Anwendungs
- oder Infrastrukturadministration

**Anforderungen**:

- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position bzw. eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
- Dienstleistungsorientiertes Arbeiten und Beratungskompetenz
- Hohe IT-Affinität und sichere Bedienung von Microsoft-Produkten
- Selbstständiges, sorgfältiges und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst im Wechsel (4-Schicht-System), 06:30 Uhr - 15:00 Uhr, 07:00 Uhr - 15:30 Uhr, 08:00 - 16:30 Uhr, 12:30 Uhr - 21:00 Uhr
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
