Was Dich erwartet:
#Customer Experience : Du entwickelst eigenständig die CX-Strategie der Telefónica Markenübergreifend weiter und bringst unser aktuelles CX Performance Model auf ein neues Level #Monitoring : Performance-Metriken interpretierst du eigenständig, leitest aus den Kennzahlen Maßnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen ab und optimierst diese bei Bedarf #Anforderungsanalyse : Du analysierst und spezifizierst Anforderungen aus den digitalen Kanälen und diskutierst diese mit den relevanten Stakeholdern #Prozessoptimierung : Du gestaltest konstruktiv die Weiterentwicklung von Demand und Business Support Prozessen im agilen Lieferumfeld mit #Stakeholdermanagement : Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern wie Brand Manager:innen, Technology-Expert:innen sowie dem UI/UX TeamsWas du mitbringst
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes #Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position, sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von #CX Strategie und #Performance Models Sichererer Umgang mit #Google Analytics , #Content Square , #Uptrends und #Elastic Erste Erfahrung im #agilen Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil Erfahrung im #Requirements engineering nach dem #LEAN und #CARS Model Anwenderkenntnisse mit #JIRA und #Confluence Sehr gute #Deutsch - und #Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftWas wir dir bieten
