**Are you ready for the next adventure ?**
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Junior Talent Management Associate to join our People & Organisation Talent Management. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and enhancing the employee experience through impactful organization-wide initiatives and people projects.
As our Junior Talent Management Associate you will:
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate the employee experience and cultivate a positive work culture, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts.
- Support engagement and experience measurement across all employee lifecycle stages, utilising innovative listening techniques.
- Analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights, continuously improving the employee experience.
- Monitor critical metrics and KPIs, preparing insightful reports to proactively address people and culture trends.
- Contribute to talent management initiatives, by managing the necessary tools in such a way to driven business insights and to feed into other talent management strategies
**Qualifications**
You are:
- Tech-savvy, possessing a solid understanding of workplace technologies.
- Data-driven, capable of collecting and analyzing data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborative, thriving in cross-functional collaboration across departments and levels.
- Agile and innovative, adapting seamlessly to the ever-changing workplace.
- Detail-oriented while keeping eye on the big picture
**Requirements**:
- Behavioural sciences graduates, preferably Organizational Psychology
- Previous experience in HR is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passionate about creating a warm and welcoming workplace environment.
- Project management skills, ensuring successful planning, execution, and completion of initiative, is a plus
- Familiar with productivity tools, e.g. Google suite (Gspreadsheet, Gforms)
- fluent in English, German and French is a plus
