This role can be based remotely anywhere in Germany or in a hybrid mode, associated with one of our German offices (Berlin, Dresden, Chemnitz, Leipzig, Cologne, Munich, Koblenz).

**What you'll be doing**:

- Generate and close new and expansion business and drive revenue at or above quota level
- Build relationships with prospects, partners and internal stakeholders
- Manage and control complex sales cycles and leverage necessary resources
- Being accountable for accurate forecasting and business planning
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams
- Bring your strategies and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- 4+ years of experience in SaaS/Cloud sales; generating pipeline and exceeding sales targets and maintaining trusted relationships with clients
- Affinity for Marketing and Communication Technology and ability to create compelling value propositions and business cases for various industries
- Experience working with and selling to VP and C level executives
- Ability to lead opportunity and account teams, virtually, along the sales cycle
- Sales mindset with superior communication and closing skills and a consulting attitude
- Tons of passion, humor, and enthusiasm
- Experience in a fast growing scale-up environment is a plus
- Business fluent German and English language skills
- Bachelor's degree, MBA and/or sales training certification is a plus
