**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Annahme, Abwicklung und Management von eingehenden Kundenaufträgen sowie Weiterleitung an Transporteure
- Durchführung der Registrierung, Ablage und Archivierung von kundendienstrelevanten Dokumenten
- Abwicklung von Beanstandungen und Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen
- Unterstützung des Order-To-Cash-Prozesses und des Sales bei der Akquisition von Neukunden
- Mitwirkung beim Verbesserungsmanagement der Arbeitsprozesse und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und Logistikdienstleistern

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Kauffrau / Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel, Bürokauffrau / Bürokaufmann oder ähnlich
- Erste Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Tätigkeitsbereich
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
- Selbstständige, proaktive und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
